I'd like to salute the players of Vivian, Kettila, Woody, Aurora, John Doe, Geoff, Sangria, Goze, Marcus, and Sophia. John and Anne are pretty cool and all, but you guys are the other half of this storytelling equation and I think you all deserve a shoutout. John's Scion Resources wouldn't be nearly as cool without you. Thank you for being so awesome and fueling all the cool stories that have in turn inspired me!

This is right on the money. The players around here are awesome and amazing - John may create all the architecture and framework of the game's metaplot, but they write amazing stories, perform dazzling feats and make us laugh until our sides ache. Sometimes they even bring beer. The players and their vivacious, intriguing, ridiculous characters are what make the world turn, and we love them more than apple pie a la mode.

ReplyDeleteI'm really flattered! I remember when John and Anne first started getting questions sent in about our characters and would ask us about them at game. I was surprised that random internet people were also invested in our characters. But we like being a little bit internet famous and I'm glad that other people can share in our "crazy haberdashery"!
