Question: Okay, pretend that I take all of the female Scions out on romantic dates. (There would be a gourmet dinner and probably, like, a Nicholas Sparks movie.) At the end of the night, who do you think I would be most likely to get lucky with?

If you were to be a fun and well-behaved dude, you would probably score a lot of friendships, but you've missed the boat on most of these ladies. Vivian or Cora would probably have happily given you a good night kiss and more back in their swinging single days, but they're both married to jealously violent Greek spouses at this point. Kettila might also have been up for it in days gone by, but she's seven years old now and not likely to revert to adulthood any time soon (but buy her ice cream and a carousel ride and you will have a friend for life). Alison and Aurora both have too much damage for normal dating, Sophia, Aisu and Sangria don't date period (and Sangria is married, too, anyhow), Padma and Cassara are far too proper young ladies for such behavior, and Darcy and Kame are both underaged and dead. You have a guaranteed awesome shot with Mohini... but only if you're Hindu, so that narrows the field considerably. You could probably easily convince Dierdre, who wouldn't really understand what was going on anyway, but if you take advantage of Dierdre, you are bad and you should feel bad.
So it looks like you'll be going home with Saki. Good luck, godspeed, and for goodness' sake be safe.

DeleteNot the OP but the question does make me wonder. If an old god takes the physical form of a child, does that make it wrong? My gut instinct says absolutely yes, but my brain says that this is an ancient entity who is completely aware of what is going on.

DeleteItd be the same for me, as if I went into virtual reality and made myself a child to have sex. Im not hurting anyone, so there shouldnt be anything wrong with it, but a lot of people might consider that "wrong".
I would consider those people asses, but Im probably in the minority.
Heh, I think we had a similar debate back when we were running Vampire LARPs, too - if vampires are all centuries old, then is dating anyone but other vampires morally cradlerobbing? If the vampire in question is stuck at 12 years old, is it cradlerobbing twice in two different directions?
DeleteGods are probably a different moral class in this case. I'd probably say that it's not morally wrong on at least one side - the god's not really underage (unless they are kind of permanently underage like Kettila, in which case it's wrong again), so you're not taking advantage of them or anything. But then again, if the person doesn't know it's a god, then them going for it might be wrong on the other end and is probably going to leave them with psychological problems afterwards. Getting Epic Charisma'd into being a pedophile is probably not good for anyone's brains.
I'd play it by ear. Most people probably won't have trouble with it if they know it's a god, but it's still got to be weird.
We actually had this happen in one of our games - Apollo was using an Avatar of a 12-year-old boy and started macking on (then-adult) Kettila, and she basically said, "Look, you are super awesome and all but this is really weird because you're a little boy." He was kind enough to spend a little Legend on Appearance knacks to age himself to adulthood so she could have guilt-free makeouts.
