ReplyDeleteIt's very interesting to see some concerns in players repeat in many games. I could type a few:
ReplyDelete-Losing control (Fatebindings)
-Character Knowledge (Epic Int and Wits, common knowledge of the epics)
-Antagonist PC (Chaos, Illusion and Manip)
-Useful Social Characters (Charisma, Manip and App influencing the story)
Players using Avatars. I'm a bit nervous but I like the idea of them achieving that plateau.
On a side note, I will also be eager for my retirement to be able to play as much as I want to. ^^
One of the things that I felt I got the short end of the stick on was the representation of Epic Int for my characters.
DeleteNow given, Terminus and Sverrir weren't the super geniouses that Aiona and Vala are. AND I like to dick around during games.
With that winning combination, I can totally understand why maybe it was lost. Or perhaps I misunderstand how Epic Intelligence is portrayed in comparison to regular intelligence.
There were some horrible slip ups that I, as Terminus, did that I thought maybe the character would've had more information on.
Sverrir even more so. He had 5 int and 4 epic vs Terminus' 3&3.
However I know I dig myself holes. And with that I accept the consequences.
