Question: I'm new to Scion, and browsing the White Wolf forum I found a link that sent me here. I was looking at the level 10 Animal boon TYPHONIAN ANIMAL; correct me if I'm wrong, but with this boon, can you potentially create a: Legend 12 beast (God level?) with attributes(mental/physical/social) over 30? plus Epic Stamina/Strength over 10? and no Epic Dex? Typhonian Creature can indeed create beasts that are up to Legend 12, and they can definitely have regular Attributes over 30 with ease; as always with NPCs and creatures, regular Attributes can be pretty much any number that makes sense. However, Typhonian Creature cannot create beasts with more than 10 dots of any Epic Attribute; they can't get Ultimate Attributes and their Epics top out at 10 just like everyone else's. Unlimited scaling epic Attributes would be nightmarish and unnecessary.
So Typhonian Creature is capable of creating god-level beasts that are forces to be reckoned with, but they're still not quite as powerful as full Legend 12 gods can be. They make incredible tools, minions and antagonists, but no matter how badass your Legend 12 monster bear is, Thor will always be slightly more badass.
