Question: Whatever happened to Max, Cora, and the rest of the Hong Kong gang?
John just wants me to answer this question with a sad face. :(
But to be more detailed, the Hong Kong game was run by an adjunct ST who eventually was unable to continue due to pressures from schoolwork and other important life issues (apparently he's studying for something called "the bar"? He says it like it's important). So the team ended up quietly stranded in New Orleans, where we may never know how much of the local populace Max has accidentally convinced he is the Devil or whether or not Zelime actually stole a baby and disappeared into the swamp.
I like to imagine all sorts of scenarios that might have happened with them, but for the moment they remain a symphony of coulda-been mystery.
