Question: Have you made or know of where I can find more stats for common animals for Scion?
Actually, yes! Scion: Hero contains an entire section with stats for normal, mundane animals on pages 328-332, including apes, bears, birds of various sizes, cats, tigers, boars, cobras, crocodiles, dogs, dolphins, elephants, horses, monkeys, rats, sharks and wolves. Not only do you have easy, quick stats available there for those creatures, but with a small amount of tweaking you can use them as templates for other creatures of similar size or abilities.
That should cover most of what you're looking for, but if it doesn't, you might also want to check out this thread with fanmade animal stats. It's designed for World of Darkness and therefore needs a few fixes (for example, they use the Composure stat, which Scion doesn't), but it includes some expanded options that Scion's core book doesn't.
