The writers of Scion didn't realize that Epic Strength 10 is not much. We can all say "Wow, 5 million tons must be a lot!" but that's just a big hill. Mt Everest is over 300 trillion tons (125 lifting capacity by your rules), and things get craaazy when you add in velocity of any kind.
Silly video. Superman's hand weighs much more than 300 grams; he's a much higher molecular density than a normal human.

It's true. I think they meant for things like actual mountain lifting to be covered by Ultimate Strength, but it's still definitely a huge jump.
